2. Your account and your content
Career Command is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorised to access. You retain ownership of the CVs, notes and other content you provide. You authorise us to process that content to deliver the features you request.
Only upload information you are entitled to use. Do not include confidential employer material, identity documents, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive details. Do not access another user’s records, bypass limits, submit malicious content or resell unauthorised access.
3. What the CV review means
CV reviews use automated, rule-based analysis of the supplied text and job description. No human reviews each CV as part of a pass. Scores are advisory measures within Career Command; they are not an employer’s ATS result, a validated probability of an interview or a hiring guarantee. Check suggestions for accuracy and never add experience or qualifications you cannot support.

Free allows 100 active applications; Pro allows 500. Archived and concluded records do not count as active. A paid pass includes its stated analysis allowance, saved reviews, same-JD comparisons and new CV review PDFs. Application reports remain available on Free. Passes are for one account and are not transferable. Access is activated after verified payment capture; the expiry shown in your account controls the access period.
There is no automatic renewal. Unused analyses expire with the pass. After expiry, existing records remain editable, archivable and exportable, and previously saved reports remain retrievable. New active records above the Free limit and new paid analyses require renewal. Product-owner access is an administrative entitlement, not a customer plan.
5. Payments, delivery and cancellations
Razorpay processes payments. Pay only the amount shown at checkout. Do not pay again if a payment is debited but access is pending; use payment recovery or contact support with your order reference. Pro is delivered digitally and no physical shipping is involved. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Once Pro access has been activated, passes are non-refundable for change of mind, non-use, or unused days or analysis credits. Access remains available for the purchased period, subject to the Terms.
This does not limit statutory rights concerning duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery, deficient or misrepresented services, or other refunds required by applicable law.
6. Availability and appropriate use
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service. We may restrict misuse or security risks, and will explain restrictions where appropriate and permitted. Keep independent copies of important records. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every job portal, or employment outcomes.
7. Privacy and ending your account
Our Privacy Policy explains processing and deletion. Export records before deleting your account. Account deletion is separate from a refund request and does not itself initiate a refund.
Referral pilot — Invite & Earn
Participation is optional. For new claims under referral terms version 2026-10-19.2, a qualifying referral gives 25 extra active-application slots only to the inviter, up to 100 total bonus slots per account. The new user receives no joining bonus and keeps their normal plan allowance. Rewards already awarded are retained. Pending claims accepted under version 2026-10-19.1 retain their earlier two-sided reward terms, subject to the same shared cap. Owner accounts have unlimited capacity and receive no extra personal slots. Slots apply on Free or Pro and remain while the account exists, including after Pro expiry. They have no cash value and do not grant Pro features, analyses or pass days.
The referred user must be a genuinely new account, claim one valid code within seven days of account creation, verify their email and save their first application. The inviter account must predate the referred account. Self-referrals, repeated email identities and duplicate-account abuse are ineligible. Rewards are verified on the server and awarded once. The invitation and qualification status is recorded; the inviter sees counts, not the friend’s private workspace or contact details. No contact-list access or automatic invitations are included.
We may pause new participation without removing legitimate earned slots. Account deletion removes the deleted account’s operational referral records; it does not revoke rewards already earned by another user. Suspected abuse may be investigated under the account-security rules. Contact support to question eligibility or account restrictions. A keyed email digest remains for 180 days after a claim for duplicate-participation checks, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Your rights, changes and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory protections available where you live. You may use the consumer forums and authorities available under applicable law; these terms do not impose an exclusive court or mandatory arbitration.
Material changes to paid benefits will be explained before a future purchase. Contact the grievance contact above about concerns. Third-party job portals, browsers and payment services have their own terms. Career Command is not affiliated with a job portal or employer merely because you save its job posting.
