WHY IT STARTED

Built from a real
job-search experience.

When I was applying for roles, keeping track of everything became a challenge of its own: where I had applied, which CV I had used, who had replied and when to follow up.

With my background in project coordination and management, I wanted the same structure in my career journey that I brought to my work. That idea became Career Command.

I started building it for myself using AI-assisted development, used it for my own applications and kept refining the experience. Feedback from trusted testers helped me shape it into something I could share with other job seekers.

What began as a personal tool is now a public workspace for a more organised job search.

My background in project coordination and management shaped the way I built Career Command: bringing scattered information together, making progress visible and keeping the next action clear.

I experienced the challenges of managing a job search myself. I created Career Command to bring more structure to my applications and help me prepare for each opportunity. What started as a tool for my own use became something I wanted to share with others.

I continue to use, test and improve Career Command, guided by my own experience and feedback from the people using it.
