Career Command · CV–job description review
Understand how your CV addresses a specific role.
Career Command Pro compares the text in your CV with a job description and explains the requirements, supporting evidence and areas to improve.
Two checks, two different purposes
The Free standard CV check reviews writing, structure and clarity. The Pro CV–JD review considers your CV against the particular role you provide. A CV quality score and a job match score measure different things.
Requirements → evidence → improvement
Review what a role asks for, what your CV currently demonstrates and what you could explain more clearly. Add only experience, skills and qualifications you can honestly support.
Separate missing evidence from skills to develop
A skill not mentioned in your CV is not necessarily a skill you lack. Review the evidence first, then consider relevant learning suggestions and practical exercises where development is needed.
Keep a report you can act on
Active Pro access includes new CV review PDF exports, saved history and same-job-description comparisons, subject to the pass allowance. See Pricing before choosing a pass.
Before you start
Is this a human CV review?
No. Reviews are automated using rule-based text checks. No human individually reviews each CV as part of a Pro pass.
Is the score an employer ATS result?
No. Scores are advisory measures within Career Command. They do not reproduce every employer’s screening system or predict an interview, shortlist or job offer.
